Coverage is modelled in UniFi Design Center before anything is ordered — you see estimated 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz signal maps for every floor.

One cable does it all
Access points and cameras get power and connection from a single network cable — fewer electrical outlets, cleaner installs.

Garden offices, garages and annexes brought onto the same network — by cable where the groundworks allow, or wireless building-to-building bridges where they don’t.
Separate networks, one system
Guest WiFi, a separate network for cameras and smart-home kit, limits per device — all set up and explained at handover.
