Services / Alarms & Access
An alarm, smoke alerts and door access in the same app as the cameras.
Wireless sensors mean no sensor cabling chased into the walls. Doors open by card, fob or phone, with a log of every entry.
We install UniFi alarms, smoke and CO alerts and door access across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex from our bases in Southampton and Haslemere. Ubiquiti UFSP certified. Areas we cover →

Questions about alarms and door access
Is the alarm monitored?
It is self-monitored. Alerts go to the app and to the keyholders you nominate. It is not an NSI or SSAIB graded system and will not bring a police response, so if an insurer requires a graded, monitored alarm, that is a separate installer.
Do the sensors need cabling?
No. The motion, door and glass-break sensors are wireless and battery powered, linked to a SuperLink gateway. The siren, door readers and entry station each take one cable for power and data.
How do people open the doors?
With a card, a fob, a phone or a PIN, depending on the reader. Access can be given or removed from anywhere, set to times of day, and every entry is logged.
Can I let visitors in when I'm out?
Yes. The gate, intercom or front door entry station can be answered and opened from the phone.
Who fits the lock?
The main contractor prepares the door and fits the electric strike or maglock. We supply and configure the reader, entry station and door hub that switch it. How we work
