We are based in Southampton and Haslemere, so most of the three counties is within easy reach of one of us. Travel is included on jobs across all three. London and further afield by arrangement.

UniFi installer for builders, architects and homeowners

We design UniFi WiFi, CCTV cameras, intruder alarms and door access into new builds, replacement dwellings and remodels from the drawings, before first fix. Your electrician runs the Cat6a. You choose whether we or your electrician terminate the links and fix the kit, and we test and certify every link.

The same team covers every county. Oscar designs and commissions every job, and the proposal, programme and terms are the same wherever the house is.

UniFi WiFi, CCTV and alarm installer in Hampshire

From our Southampton base we cover the city and the rest of south Hampshire.

For a new build or a replacement dwelling we design the WiFi, cameras and door access from the architect's GA drawings, meet your electrician once before first fix, and come back to commission and hand over. Where trenching to a garage or garden office isn't practical, in the New Forest or towards the South Downs, we link it with a wireless building bridge. For a house that is already finished, in Southampton, Winchester or Romsey, whole-house WiFi goes in with no drilling.

UniFi WiFi, CCTV and alarm installer in Surrey

Our Haslemere base sits beside ArchitectureLIVE, the architects' practice we are the sister company of.

Our first installed job, a 10G WiFi 7 office network for ArchitectureLIVE, is in Haslemere, and two of the new houses we have designed are nearby: a new build with outbuildings and a replacement dwelling. Both were specified with the architect, one at tender stage and one on a live site with the main contractor.

UniFi WiFi, CCTV and alarm installer in West Sussex

The north of West Sussex is covered from Haslemere, and the coast from either base.

We have specified the network, cameras and door access for a remodel and extension in West Sussex from the architect's drawings. On a remodel the cable goes in while the walls are open, so we plan the access points, cameras and readers around the new layout before first fix.

We take on jobs outside the three counties where the project suits us.

We have specified a five-storey townhouse in Kensington for tender, with access points on 10G uplinks on every floor. For work this far out, travel is agreed in the proposal.

Is there a UniFi installer near Southampton?

Yes. SustainLive is a UniFi installer with bases in Southampton and Haslemere. From Southampton we cover Winchester, Romsey, Eastleigh, Chandler's Ford, Totton, the New Forest, Lymington, Fareham and Petersfield. Oscar Gratton, who is Ubiquiti UniFi Full Stack Professional (UFSP) certified, designs and commissions every job.

Do you cover Surrey and West Sussex?

Yes, from our Haslemere base: Hindhead, Godalming, Farnham, Guildford and Cranleigh in Surrey, and Midhurst, Petworth, Chichester, Pulborough, Billingshurst and Horsham in West Sussex.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included on jobs across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. For London and further afield it is agreed in the proposal.

Do you work on existing houses as well as new builds?

Yes. New builds, replacement dwellings and remodels are designed from the drawings. For a finished house we fit whole-house WiFi with no drilling. Existing homes
